This fantastic Peruvian hamburger is the recipe of Laura Ali. This is a thin and crispy burger, served with hand cut french fries. Laura is always so willing to prepare meals for large groups of missionaries, and her hospitality is unending. Thank you Laura for sharing this recipe from your casa to ours!

2 cloves garlic

1 Tablespoon salt

½ medium onion

1 medium tomato

Handful fresh parsley

2 stalks celery

2 Peruvian Aji yellow peppers

(available at latino grocery stores in freezer section or may substitute serrano or hungarian wax pepper)

Mix ingredients in food processer or blender. Combine with 1½-2 lbs of ground beef, 2 eggs and ½ cup bread crumbs. Mix with hands. Form into large balls, then flatten (about 1/2 inch or less). Fry in pan with a little vegetable oil. Serve with hand cut french fries.
