
A small piece of cheese
3 yellow ajis (freezer section of Latino grocery store or may substitute Thai Chile or Hungarian wax peppers)
1-cup fresh whole milk or half and half
2 pieces of bread soaked in the milk
2-3 saltines or ritz crackers
4 tsp of vegetable oil
Salt to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender and liquefy. This sauce is delicious served on top of sliced potatoes, with chicken and on rice. If you would like it more spicy add a spoonful or rocoto pepper paste from the jar
