How to make the perfect rice


Rinse rice 4-5 times until water is clear.

Fill with water to about 1/2" above rice.

Add oil & salt (she just threw a little of each in)

Stir. Leave uncovered and bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes stirring often.

Lower heat and cover for 20 minutes. Do not lift lid after covering.
