1 chicken, cut up
2 Tlbs mustard
3 Tlbs sesame oil
3 Tlbs soy sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tlbs oyster sauce
½ tlbs rosemary
¼ tlbs cumin
salt & pepper
Mix mustard, oil and condiments in a bowl. Salt and pepper the chicken. Saute the chicken in 2 Tlbs oil in a large sauté pan. Remove when golden brown and cooked through. Add the sauce, stir with a few tablespoons of water. Add chicken and sauté for a few minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes and your favorite vegetable. Serves 4.
