Ginger & Garlic Tea

This is a delicious tea which is known for it's healing qualities. Drink 5-6 times per day when you are sick and avoid cold drinks. You may also add a drop or two of eucalyptus essential oil to help severe congestion.

1 piece raw ginger, peeled and sliced

2 cloves of garlic, peeled and cut in half

lemon wedges


In a medium saucepan fill 3/4 of the way with water and bring to a boil. Add ginger & garlic and boil for 5 minutes more. Remove from heat and let cool just slightly. Strain into a mug and add a teaspoon of honey and a lemon wedge.
